What are LWCS’ safety plans?

LWCS has adopted an emergency plan. The plan includes contingencies for nearly every possible safety and emergency situation. Included in the plan is an emergency notification system that enables us to contact parents/guardians, via text and email, within minutes of an emergency. Fire drills and other emergency practice procedures are done regularly. Consultation with community emergency agencies occurs on a regular basis and our plan has been reviewed and accepted by these agencies.

How does LWCS communicate about upcoming events, volunteer opportunities or other news?

Our website is a valuable resource for information about upcoming events, news and other information about the school. Parent Portal is a key location to find out information as well. We also utilize our database to email the weekly Warrior Report, upcoming events and any special announcements. We also encourage all of our families to follow us on Facebook.
