WE CHALLENGE AND APPLAUD

Ask any alum what the best thing about LWCS is, and they will likely mention the relationships between teachers and students. Christ-centered relationships, added to a challenging curriculum, equip students for success at college, and in life too.

LWCS is committed to offering an academic program taught by dedicated Christian teachers intent on preparing students for academic and spiritual challenges of college life. In addition to a strong academic foundation, LWCS strives to teach students to be independent thinkers who make decisions based on the truth of God’s Word versus cultural norms, to lead by example and ultimately to fulfill God’s plans for his or her life.

Spiritually, LWCS strives to give students varied experiences and opportunities to grow in their faith. A broad range of Bible classes, weekly chapel service with outstanding speakers and small group discussions led by a teacher help students to mature and grow in their relationship with God. All subjects are taught from a Biblical Worldview, helping students to understand the breadth of God’s influence on our world and to view all of life through the lens of Biblical truth.

The curriculum at the High School meets or exceeds entrance requirements of all major colleges and universities. In addition to college preparatory courses and activities, the school encourages students in the development of character and moral judgment, increasing their potential for success in the business and professional world.
